Internship - Private Debt Analyst (H/F) - July/september 2025

Vous serez pleinement intégré à l’activité de l’équipe Dette Privée qui gère 19.5 milliards d’euros (30 septembre 2024) et compte près de 40 personnes à travers ses différents bureaux situés à Paris, Londres, Bruxelles, Amsterdam, Francfort, Madrid, Milan et New York.

Vous bénéficierez d’une forte exposition et serez responsabilisé dès le début du stage au sein d’un acteur mondial de la gestion d’actif. Ainsi, vous participerez activement aux missions suivantes:

- Participer à toutes les étapes de l'exécution des opérations d’investissements en dette, de la réception du NDA au passage en comité de crédit ;
- Assister l'équipe dans l'étude de nouvelles opportunités d'investissement en participant à l'analyse de l'activité, du marché, du positionnement et des performances financières de l'entreprise ;
- Participer à la réalisation des modélisations financières de LBO ainsi que d’évaluation d’entreprises ;
- Contribuer à la rédaction des notes de crédit nécessaires à la décision du Comité d'Investissement ;Suivre les investissements existants (analyse financière, rencontres avec le management) et préparer des rapports destinés aux investisseurs.

You will be fully integrated into the activity of the Private Debt team, which manages €19.5 billion (September 30, 2024) and has nearly 40 people across its various offices in Paris, London, Brussels, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Madrid, Milan and New York.

You will benefit from a strong exposure and will be given responsibility from the beginning of the internship within a global player in asset management. You will actively participate in the following missions:

- Participate in all stages of the execution of debt investment transactions, from the receipt of the NDA to the passage through the credit committee;
- Assist the team in the study of new investment opportunities by participating in the analysis of the activity, the market, the positioning and the financial performance of the company;
- Participate in the realization of financial models for LBOs and company valuations;
- Contribute to the drafting of the credit notes required for the decision of the Investment Committee;
- Monitor existing investments (financial analysis, meetings with management) and prepare reports for investors.

- Master 1 ou 2 d’une école de commerce, d’ingénieur ou d’une université de premier rang avec une spécialisation en finance d’entreprise ;
- Très bonne maitrise du pack Office ;
- Solide connaissance de la finance d’entreprise. Une précédente expérience dans la finance d'entreprise (private equity/debt, banque d’affaires, leveraged finance, transaction services, audit, etc.) est préférable ;
- Bonnes compétences d'analyse, de synthèse et de communication orale & écrite ;
- Curiosité, dynamisme, rigueur, capacité d'adaptation, aptitude à travailler en équipe ;Français et Anglais courant.

- Master 1 or 2 from a business school, engineering school or top university with a specialization in corporate finance;
- Very good knowledge of the Office pack;
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance. Previous experience in corporate finance (private equity/debt, investment banking, leveraged finance, transaction services, audit, etc.) is preferred;
- Good analytical, synthesis and oral & written communication skills;
- Curiosity, dynamism, rigor, adaptability, ability to work in a team;French and English fluent.
