Ils sont à la recherche d'un Operations manager.

**Qui sont-ils ?**:
Bottes en ville est la place de marché digitale qui reconnecte les paysans d’à côté avec les chefs cuisiniers selon une approche éthique et éco-responsable.

Fruits, légumes, crèmerie, épicerie, viande: on livre directement de la ferme à la cuisine de bons produits de saison, ultra-frais et locaux.

Bottes en ville est né du bon sens, de la passion du terroir et de l’amour de la nature.

C’est un nouveau mode d’approvisionnement:

- une agriculture responsable
- pas de stockage, pas de consommation inutile ni de déchet
- le moins de transport possible

**Descriptif du poste**:
Mission

L’Operations manager assure le bon fonctionnement de toute la chaine d’approvisionnement et de distribution.

La mission de notre roi de l’organisation aura deux volets principaux:
1️⃣ Gestion logistique:

- Manager les chauffeurs et préparateurs de commandes
- Gestion de la flotte de véhicule et des process de préparation de commandes

2️⃣ Suivi et développement de la relation paysans:

- Gestion de la saisonnalité au quotidien avec les producteurs
- Sourcing de nouveaux producteurs ‍

Profil recherché
- Un maniaque de l’organisation et de la rigueur
- Un tech addict pour nous aider à automatiser et développer notre système
- Quelqu’un de débrouillard et polyvalent, car dans une jeune boîte c’est essentiel
- Un amoureux du terroir, du produit et qui veut en savoir plus sur le monde paysan et la restauration
