To request an accommodation, please contact a member of the Ceva Talent Acquisition team. **Your missions**: The Swine Franchise Corporate Marketing Manager will report to the Swine Franchise Director and will be responsible for: >Defining the franchise marketing strategy at corporate level. >Defining and prioritizing the tools and services that accompany the products. Duties will include: - Collect and analyze market data / Generate market intelligence. Anticipate future market demands by analyzing market needs, gathering feedback, analyzing sales and using a 5-year view. Provide strategic direction Anticipate and define plans with a vision of less than 5 years, and prepare the target product profile, to challenge future needs with local teams (e.g. innovation and development, production, supply chain, etc.). Coordinate the franchise's contributions to the process of identifying and producing new ideas/products. Align communications and storytelling across ranges and zones to create high-level impact. - Operational management Provide advice to the Corporate Range Director and Technical Director on marketing priorities. Supervise the launch of new products. Provide product leadership in the market by organizing and participating in symposia and corporate events with customers. Establish relationships and collaborate with key opinion leaders. - Resource management and planning. Prioritize between range budgets and available resources. - Impact & Influence: create a high level of trust in the function's deliverables. Communicate the marketing strategy and value proposition of the portfolio to the marketing and technical teams, to reach targets at the highest price. Align the business leadership teams with the portfolio strategy. - Management: Yes, direct and dotted line to Corporate Range Manager, Veterinary and Swine BU Managers in each country/area. Review and challenge range marketing plans, to ensure best value propositions. **Your profile**: You have a higher education background in veterinary medicine, marketing and/or business management with a minimum of 10 years local experience in animal health and international exposure to perform cross-functionally and support all local Ceva Group teams. You demonstrate capabilities in: Vision development and advanced ability to define a 3/5 year business plan / vision and prepare the organisation for successful implementation. - Market knowledge and business acumen: Expert at understanding and describing global or local market conditions, economic trends, value drivers, threats and opportunities, opinion leaders and scientific centers, competition, legal constraints and customers, etc. - Networking and influencing skills - Communication and presentation skills, adapting to different audiences and situations as required. - Leadership and persuasive skills: Building and leading a cross-functional team towards a unified goal. Empower, motivate and guide the team to achieve deliverables within project boundaries by demonstrating commitment, trust, genuine collaboration and the ability to help everyone solve challenges and make decisions. The ability to connect and persuade others by demonstrating emotional intelligence, active listening skills and the ability to share, support and manage doubt around the organisation's vision. Technical knowledge: - Solid knowledge of pig production, key performance drivers and a strong knowledge and understanding of the animal health and vaccines market. - Ability to connect and communicate effectively with all stakeholders in the pig market: vets, live production managers, scientists, farmers, KOLs - Ability to support the resolution of complex situations and the development of action plans - Project management - English: fluent, and French (or Spanish) ideally professional level.
