As Global Treasury Controller, you will play a vital role in overseeing the cash flow reporting and budgeting processes, updating, enhancing and automating reports, and providing insightful analyses to the global management team. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders around the world, including treasury, finance and consolidation teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of cash flow (direct and indirect methods) and provide realistic cash projections. Your expertise in reporting, cash flow analysis, and risk assessment will be instrumental in driving strategic decision-making and optimizing the company's financial performance and communication. **_ You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_** **Supervise global cash reporting processes**: - Maintain and communicate to regions an organized reporting calendar to ensure accurate and timely reporting of cash flow, - Control the data submissions and their accuracy, - Co-lead cash closing meetings with regions to review, understand and challenge actual cash flow and rolling forecasts, - Prepare consolidated cash flow reports and communicate valuable insights, alerts, on the global cash performance to the management and other stakeholders, - Update, enhance and develop reports to provide comprehensive visibility into cash flow generation, improve cash flow forecast accuracy and better identify risks and opportunities. **Participate in the global cash performance steering**: - In coordination with the Global Treasury and Consolidation teams, develop reports and analyses to better track cash KPIs and set cash performance targets by region, - Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of the cash projections in the short term (3 month rolling forecats on a monthly basis), medium term (pre-Budget, Budget and its revisions) and long term (Strategic Plans) to efficiently challenge and stretch the different markets. **FX Risk analyses**: - In coordination with the Accounting teams, prepare annual and monthly FX risks declarations to the Group (LVMH teams) to optimize the hedging strategies. - Conduct in-depth analyses on cash flows and positions in currency to improve FX risks declarations accuracy. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of foreign exchange risk management strategies and hedging activities. Coordinate with LVMH teams to implement adjustments as necessary to optimize risk mitigation and financial outcomes. - Prepare regular reports on foreign exchange risk exposures based on currency volatility, economic indicators, and market trends. Evaluate potential impacts on financial performance. - A master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience in treasury or finance roles (5-7 years), with a focus on cash performance reporting, analysis, forecasting, and FX analysis. - Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software). - Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. - Experience working in the retail industry or multinational organizations is highly desirable. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey clear and synthetic messages to non-treasury stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality. **_ During your experience at Sephora, you will appreciate..._** **"Evolving”** Surrounded by passionate, enthusiastic, and creative talents.
