Joining Sephora Global Finance team, reporting to Sephora Global Tax Director, you will be our Global Tax Manager to make this function grow.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**
- Leading key Transfer Pricing topics (Functional and economic analysis, Value Chain analysis, Business Model analysis, Group Masterfile and transactions files management, Support to countries Transfer Pricing documentation, Transfer pricing policies and process formalization )
- Leading effective international tax expertise in the field of structuring, restructuring, acquisitions, divestures, financings, dividends...
- Monitoring Sephora’s Effective Tax Rate’s efficiency.
- Defending, litigating and lobbying against outside threats (tax authorities, customs authorities).
- Leading and coordinating the implementation of digital tax tools and processes.
- Assisting CFO’s in dealing with (i) regulatory tax compliance, (ii), accurate tax assistance, (iii) efficient tax positions.
- Leading global tax survey to the benefit of the CFO’s through regular updates, trainings and access to e-store database.
- Leading strong connection with shareholders to ensure (i) alignment of Sephora Tax Policy with Group Policy, (ii) accurate and timely compliance and reporting.
- Managing relationship with internal & external auditors about Sephora tax matters.
- Master’s degree in tax law, international tax or finance/accounting with a specialization in tax
- 5 to 7 years of experience, ideally with a first experience in a tax consulting firm and an additional experience in an International Group as a tax specialist
- Proven exposure to international tax matters and experience in coordinating local advisors
- Autonomous, rigorous and excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English required, as well as exposure to an international environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results

Job based in Neuilly sur Seine (92), near Paris. International travels depending on the projects.
