To request an accommodation, please contact a member of the Ceva Talent Acquisition team. **Your missions**: At the Corporate level, as part of the Companion Animal Franchise, the Global Technical Manager for the Dermatology range defines and suggests the technical strategy to support technical local teams, with the following missions: - Build and manage a network of Key Opinion Leaders by creating strong and long-term relationships through implementation of Phase IV/post-marketing studies, events and testimonials. Build an international international network of influence. - Proactively suggest and develop Phase IV/post-marketing studies to build and increase credibility of Ceva dermatology products - Technical support: >For each strategic product, establish and develop its key technical messages together with its technical positioning >Ensure and create a high level of internal and external confidence in Ceva products >Provide technical support to the marketing and technical teams in Ceva subsidiaries >Ensure alignment of technical messages with Ceva strategy >Define and lead publication plans at the global level related to strategic products; take part in writing scientific publications on Ceva dermatology products or range >Suggest and develop technical/scientific events to increase credibility of Ceva brands - Ensure the scientific and technical overview of developments related to Ceva products and: >Provide technical and detailed analyses of publications >Gather ideas and trends thanks to the KOL network established **Your profile**: Scientific training (Veterinarian, Biologist, Pharmacist ) with a good knowledge of the veterinary and dermatology market; a 5-year experience in a pharmaceutical company would be desirable. Technical skills: Knowledge of the veterinary companion animal market Strong skills in simplifying technical messages, to address the different Ceva target audiences (technical veterinarians and marketing managers in Ceva subsidiaries, pet owners, veterinarians, and animal health professionals) Previous experience in writing documents for the general public Confident in presenting to internal or external audience Good knowledge of pharmaceutical regulation and clinical studies Good knowledge of IT tools (Microsoft Office suite) Good knowledge of digital environment (website, social networks ) Fluent in English; previous experience working with international teams is desirable Soft skills: Impact, ability to convince Organisation, precision, with an analytical mindset Autonomy, sense of initiative and responsibilities, commitment, reactivity Adaptability, interest and enthusiasm for technical and scientific topics Good interpersonal skills - Good level in oral and written communication Team spirit and ability for transversal work
