In order to maintain first-class international development of veterinary services to ensure product leadership in the pig market and in particular pig vaccines, the company is opening a position within the Swine Franchise.
You will report to the Corporate Director of the Pork range, and you will provide your expertise to create concepts for the local veterinary services teams and support them where necessary.

Your tasks will include
- Ensure the training of veterinary services and the constant updating of knowledge.
- Manage relations with key international opinion leaders.

Organising post-marketing field trials, collecting and processing field data.
- Supporting the diagnosis of swine diseases
- As part of the OCC (Offer Conception Committee), evaluates and prepares Ceva's future pipelines.
- During the development of new drugs/products, ensures consistency with current veterinary practices and market needs in collaboration with the I&D department.
- Keeping abreast of scientific developments
- Drafting scientific publications and the technical content of communication tools.
- Answering technical questions from the field
- Speaking at scientific conferences, launch meetings and technical seminars.

**Your profile**:
With a scientific degree (veterinary, agronomy, science, etc.), you have 5 to 10 years' experience in the life science industry or animal health in a veterinary services or R&D department.

Technical skills:

- Knowledge management and scientific trials
- Sound scientific approach and expertise, ideally in animal health and vaccines, and pig production
- Customer knowledge and approach, can technically support key customer business initiatives
- Project management skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English essential in an international context

Behavioural skills:

- Ability to communicate and interact with all players in the pig market: vets, scientists, technicians, farmers, production managers, etc.

Customer service-oriented, close-knit, able to listen and curious.
- Quick, rigorous and organised to deal with this diverse position

Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively
- Ability to support the resolution of complex situations and the construction of an action plan
- Autonomy, sense of initiative and responsibility, commitment
