We are looking to expand our team to support our rapid growth. We are remote-friendly company headquartered in Paris and an office in Marseille, with a global and diverse team of about 40 tech, product, growth and sales experts. We currently building the People Team, led by Alison Fourlégnie in charge of the global HR scope (People & Talent).
Beavr is experiencing exciting and rapid growth After doubling our team in 2024, we're set to do the same in 2025. To keep up with this incredible expansion, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition specialist to join our team.
If you have a proven track record in recruitment—whether in a tech or sales recruitment agency, or within a SaaS company—we’d love to hear from you. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in scaling a fast-growing company and making a real impact on our journey.
Additionally, there’s an opportunity in the medium-to-long term to broaden your scope of skills, expanding into areas like event management and onboarding.
**We allow occasional remote work; however, it is important for the person to be located in the Île-de-France region.**
**Role**:
- Partners with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team; prepares for and conducts intake meetings with proven knowledge of the talent landscape and maintains strong internal communication throughout the search
- Continually partners with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics
**Qualifications**:
- Familiar with the fast-paced environment with big ambition
- Ability to build a true business partnership
- Great communication and organizational skills, and great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team
- Rigorous and detail-oriented
- Curious and business-oriented
- Ability to work on several jobs and projects in the same time
- Fluent in French and English
