bnetwork is a SaaS accommodation management company based in Barcelona, Cannes, London, Paris, Vienna & Singapore.

We have been managing complex hotel & accommodation management services for large citywide events (congresses, exhibitions, festivals, trade fairs etc.) across Europe since 2004.

We are expanding our DMC Department and are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to join our team and help with events organization,

complex transportation plans, and all manner of B2B events mainly in Cannes, but in Paris as well.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with customer requests.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Design & planning of Events.
- Budget preparation.
- Negotiating with suppliers & with clients.
- Invoicing.
- Supplier management (within a coordinated team).
- Create & maintain comprehensive project documentation.

**Profile**
- 2/3 years’ experience in a similar position or relevant experience of event management & deliver.
- A good knowledge of Cannes and the French Riviera as an event destination, hotels and of the B2B Event (MICE) industry.
- Local market & industry know-how.
- Adaptability & versatility, patience, rigour & accuracy.
- Commercial profile with excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish, English (other languages will be valuable).
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office.
- Financial, invoicing experience would be a plus.
- The chosen applicant should have an attitude, that means they can deliver on expectations of event organizers and have the need and desire to grow professionally._
