**Procurement Manager (Indirect, Life Sciences) - VCLS**

VCLS is looking for an experienced **Indirect Procurement Manager** with a **life sciences background** to lead supplier management globally. You’ll play a key role in optimizing **cost, quality, and service** across our procurement operations, ensuring alignment with business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a **global supplier management strategy**:

- Define procurement policies, **negotiate contracts**, and manage key supplier relationships
- Oversee **risk management, compliance, and quality assessment** for external vendors and subcontractors
- Drive **cost optimization, sourcing strategy, and financial objectives** for procurement
- Manage procurement for **external resources (consultants, CROs, experts)** and **internal vendors (payroll, IT, finance, marketing, training, and office supplies)**:

- Support **Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)** by integrating sustainability into procurement decisions

**Requirements**:

- **Experience in Indirect Procurement** (preferably in life sciences or healthcare)
- Strong **negotiation, contract management, and supplier relations** skills
- Ability to drive **process efficiency and financial optimization**:

- Knowledge of **compliance, risk management, and industry regulations
