**What is my role?**

As Manager of the Executive Briefing Center (EBC), you will be in charge of our company's showcase from the management of the meetings to the demonstration space at our headquarters in Colombes.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, Media and Web, you will work closely with the local and international sales teams, partners and end customers.

Your objective is to organize and deliver the best possible customer experience (French and international) to maximize the transformation of our business opportunities.

**What am I responsible for?**:

- You are responsible for the smooth running of customer visits. From planning and scheduling to helping with logistics and showroom presentation
- You are the manager of one employee (the EBC Coordinator)
- You are in charge of the booking process (SFDC) of the meeting rooms and demonstrations and will support colleagues in booking
- You ensure all demos are up and running and up to date: working closely with Business Divisions, ALE team in Brest in charge of edemo, Vertical team, Service teams and Marketing
- You work closely with suppliers (facilities, food, cleaning etc) to maintain the location up and running
- You are in charge of the follow up and feedback process, including communications of the outcomes to sales team
- You are able to run a demo tour and present some of the demos of our major solutions
- You work closely with marketing extended team to host latest collaterals, video, messaging
- You work closely with Brand Manager to ensure that EBC allows our best showcase for the Brand, providing regular reporting on attendance and results (feedback forms etc), and proactively suggest enhancements based on customer feedbacks
- You work closely with HR to ensure all HR rules are followed for security,
- You are in charge of EBC wide areas branding, in collaboration with brand team
- You manage communications with sales services and marketing team on news, updates, feedback on EBC in collaboration with brand and media team

You manage one coordination role as well possible intern, training, onboarding, and regular meetings

**You have a Master Degree and your English and French are fluent (other languages are a plus).**:
You can work/have proven experience to interface with large multi-cultural teams. People management is a plus.

**You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the telecoms industry and have an appetite for marketing, customer relations and management, or you have 5 years of marketing experience in event planning/hospitality and an appetite for telecom industry**:
