**Main Responsibilities**
- _Administrative and budgetary activities for the various stages of a clinical trial (set-up, follow-up, and closure)_
- _Participation in project team meetings_
- _VeevaVault eTMF management: document loading and quality control of clinical trial documents_
- _Support for site management activities, including communication with investigational sites and tracking essential documents_
- _Coordination with CROs, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth trial execution_
- _Assistance in regulatory submissions and compliance tracking_

- **Experience**: Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments (avoid requiring minimum years—**talent matters most to us**)
- **Skills**: Strong organizational abilities, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills
- **Education**: Experience in controlling
- **Languages**: Fluency in French & good level in English
