Jifmar est certifié ISO 9001, 14001 et 45001.Reporting to the Group QHSE Department, you will lead and monitor the Company's QHSE policy.
You will be involved in monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, guidelines and procedures relating to quality, health, safety and above all environmental protection. You will also be responsible for CSRD.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Integrate CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) requirements into the environmental policy and monitor sustainability indicators;
- Implementing and coordinating the process and collecting data from the relevant departments
- Meeting deadlines
- Steering and improving environmental protection measures, in particular reducing the environmental impact of shipyards and vessels;
- Ensure environmental compliance of projects and support the ecological transition within the company;
- Carrying out field audits (shipyards, vessels);
- Participate in responses to calls for tender;
- Participate in the implementation of procedures and project plans;
- Analyse environmental and safety risks for employees, equipment and facilities (offices, bases, ships);
- Propose and monitor corrective actions in terms of environmental impact and compliance with legislation;
- Training and raising awareness of environmental issues, in particular new sustainability and reporting standards.

- Job location: JIFMAR headquarters, Aix-en-Provence. Mobility to shipyards and vessels in France and abroad.
Master's degree (Bac+5) in QHSE (with a focus on the environment) or engineering degree.
You have at least 5 years of experience in an environmental position with CSRD. Experience in the maritime sector would be an advantage.
Skills : Very good level of English required; Audit techniques; Quality assurance system; Approval and certification systems; IT tools. Knowledge of CSRD standards.
Qualities : Dynamic, rigorous, organised, analytical and proactive.
