Program Manager, Start Up, Global Engineering Services- Startup

Bachelor or Master Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field - English & French language fluency - Experience in project management and implementation with proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation - Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams - Management of infrastructure projects - Management, coaching and development of managers, teams and project resources - Full project budget ownership and spend controlling - Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Project - Basic working experience with CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Solid Works, or other).
- Ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet organizational capacity needs
- Ability to “roll up your sleeves” and jump in if needed, along with managing
- Experience managing installation of technical equipment and Operations ramp-up management of new logistics centers, factories or large facilities
- Experience in a distribution environment and knowledgeable in material handling equipment such as pallet racking, conveyors, and fork lifts, etc.
- Experience working with BIM / CAD related software
- Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Experience in process design/optimization or supply chain optimization
- Certified Project Management qualification (PMP, Prince2, or other)
- Experience in launching new logistics center, factories or large facilities (including equipment deployment and management of all related processes)
- Certified Project Management qualification (PMP, Prince2, or other)
- French, German, Polish, Portuguese, Arabic, Turkish, Afrikaans and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications.
