We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures who will be responsible for the efficiency of business. The Sales Operations Analyst role is a key member of the finance team and a key partner of the Sales team. She/he will have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect her/him to be an experienced and efficient leader. The goal of the Sales Operations Analyst position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth. The Sales Operations Analyst will take the lead on revenue Planning and forecasting allowing productivity gains on the FP&A side.

**Main responsibilities**
- Implement business plans and procedures to meet strategy of the Business Unit (EMEA France)
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth for the BU
- Prepare timely and accurate financial performance reports
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
- Oversee daily operations of the BU and the work of Marketing and Sales
- Support Sales Leader to Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Write and submit reports to the Sales Leader in all matters of importance
- Manage relationships with Finance, support functions, marketing, HR and sales
- Drive customers satisfaction with Sales Management

**Requirements and skills**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience is required. Proven experience as Sales Operations Manager or relevant role
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Outstanding organizational and cross functional leadership abilities
- Very good public speaking skills
- Fluent in French and English
