**Missions principales**:
Au sein de la Division Executive Education de ESCP Europe, sous la responsabilité du Directeur des programmes Inter entreprises et Executive mastères spécialisés, vous participez au développement de l'activité sur le portefeuille de programmes inter-entrerpises.

A ce titre:

- Vous commercialisez auprès d'une cible BtoC l'offre globale inter-entreprises et executive mastères spécialisés en menant des actions de prospection ciblées (relance téléphonique de leads...), en participant aux actions de promotion des programmes de conseil et en instruisant les dossiers d'inscription des participants. Vous multipliez les rendez-vous avec les prospects intéressés par les programmes. Vous êtes ainsi l'interface entre les participants, leur entreprise employeur et les financeurs de la formation.
- Vous conseillez et accompagnez les futurs participants et les responsables RH dans leurs choix de formation ainsi que sur les modalités de financement,
- Vous participez à la gestion des données commerciales en alimentant régulièrement l'outil CRM.

**Missions secondaires**:

- Vous commercialisez l'offre inter entreprise auprès d'une cible BtoB et cherchez à fidéliser les entreprises clientes pour référencer les programmes dont vous êtes en charge.
- Vous gérez la relation client sur les programmes inter-spécifiques développés pour des grands comptes.

**Profil**:

- De niveau Bac+4/5 minimum, vous justifiez impérativement d'un parcours professionnel d'au moins 5 ans dans la vente de prestations de services telle que la formation auprès de grands comptes ou le consulting.
- Vous maîtrisez le process de vente conseil : la prospection téléphonique, la négociation, l'administration commerciale et les outils de reporting.
- Autonome, rigoureux(se) et diplomate, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à identifier les besoins de vos clients, votre sens du conseil, votre organisation et votre force de conviction.
- Vous avez de vraies capacités d'écoute et de synthèse.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et savez travailler en mode projet.
- Quelques déplacements sont à prévoir en Ile de France.
- Anglais courant nécessaire pour ce poste.
- La connaissance du secteur de l’audit ou de la Finance serait un plus.
