Tu seras la voix de la marque auprès de nos utilisateurs:
**Service clients**:
- Gérer les appels clients avec empathie, efficacité et enthousiasme
- Travailler en collaboration directe avec les équipes terrain
**Customer Success & Fidélisation**:
- Proposer une expérience proactive aux clients : échanges avec les utilisateurs récents pour assurer un bon onboarding
- Identifier les opportunités de fidélisation et de conversion (écoute active, conseils personnalisés, mise en place de mécaniques de parrainage..)
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des process de relation client (scénarios, FAQ, outils)
**Le profil qu’on recherche**:
- Tu es à l’aise à l’oral comme à l’écrit, et tu aimes créer du lien avec les gens
- Tu sais faire preuve d’écoute, d’empathie et de réactivité
- Tu as une appétence pour les outils digitaux et tu souhaites travailler dans un écosystème dynamique
**Ce que tu vas apprendre**:
- Gérer la relation client à 360° dans un environnement digital
- Travailler dans une équipe bienveillante, rapide et ambitieuse
- Monter en compétences sur les outils pros (CRM, support client, analyse de données comportementales)
