Remote French Customer Service Representative

For more than 30 years, SERVICE 800 has been an expert in Customer Experience, designing programs and providing resources to collect customer feedback in 30 languages from customers around the world.

We are looking for qualified Customer Reps to join our team with the following duties and requirements:
- Placing outbound calls to client customers to follow up on a specific service event or gaining feedback regarding client/contact relationship.
- Provide a quiet office environment free of background noise to perform outbound calls.
- Must provide and maintain a personal computer with updated technology and high speed internet to effectively perform duties.
- Available to work during standard business hours Wednesday through Friday.
- Able to follow written script maintaining a professional and friendly tone, with professional communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge are necessary, adequate typing skills are needed to capture comments during survey efficiently.
- We are currently in need of a fluent to native speaking level French Customer Service Rep to join our team. Must be bilingual in English and your fluent to a native speaking level in your language. Also looking for other languages.
