L'équipe Marketing Hyperlocal est responsable de la construction de la stratégie adaptée par ville/région et de son exécution via le déploiement d'activations Marketing 360° (plan promo, média OOH/DOOH/radio, CRM). L'équipe se compose de 2 Marketing Managers, de 2 Marketing Associates qui reportent au Head of Local Marketing.Quelles seront les missions du Marketing Manager ?Il/elle reportera directement au Head of Local Marketing et travaillera en proche collaboration avec 1 Marketing Associate qui l'épaulera sur l'execution des plans. - Recommendation de la stratégie des villes de son scope afin d'atteindre les objectifs d'acquisition et rétention des consommateurs (plan promos & communication 360 eg OOH, DOH, radio, presse, VOL, street marketing, CRM...) - Responsable de l'implémentation des plans Marketing 360° de son scope de villes/régions, en collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes dont notamment les équipes Média/Brand/CRM/Restaurants/Commerciales et les équipes du Global basées à Londres le cas échéant - Responsable du suivi de l'impact des campagnes et de l'optimisation des plans locaux - Suivi budgétaire des campagnes le cas échéant Profil recherche - 5/6 ans d'expériences (hors stage/alternance) dans de la gestion de projets Marketing 360° type "Chef de Produit" - Expérience en Marketing Stratégique - Excellentes compétences en gestion de projets multi-partites : leadership, organisation, capacité à prioriser et à s'adapter rapidement afin de mener à bien de multiples projets simultanément - Excellentes compétences en analyses - Soft skills : vous êtes positif, orienté résultats/solutions, réactif et vous savez fédérer différentes équipes autour d'un objectif commun. Vous êtes également à l'aise et enthousiaste à l'idée d'évoluer dans un environnement très dynamique, en constante évolution, qui requiert une grande capacité d'adaptation et qui vous donnera également l'opportunité de construire/faire évoluer votre poste au sein d'une équipe récente - Très bon anglais écrit et parlé requis, afin d'échanger quotidiennement avec les équipes Global situées à Londres
