We are seeking an experienced **House Manager** to oversee the operations of a stunning home rental set within 60 acres of breathtaking **Provençal countryside**.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with a boutique hotel or independent luxury hospitality background to take the next step in their career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the daily operations of the estate, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Manage and inspire a team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Maintain impeccable service standards, anticipating guest needs with a proactive approach.
- Work closely with the owners to align the estate’s development with a vision of luxury, sustainability, and personalised service.

**Requirements**:

- A dedicated hospitality leader with a background in boutique hotels or high-end hospitality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- A hands-on, ‘can-do’ attitude with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- A commitment to delivering a seamless, high-quality experience.

Work conditions**Salary: £50000 - 75000 (D.O.E)Contract: Full-time or seasonal options available.**Accommodation: Live-in position.Start Date: April 2025

Pay: 50,000.00€ - 75,000.00€ per year
