**Your Responsibilities**:
As Technical Factory Manager, you'll be working with a cross functional teams on different topics:
- Managing a team of technical staff: back dev, front dev, solution architect, web designer, etc., supporting customer projects (BUILD, RUN) with Project Managers OR Consultants on all Skeepers solutions.
- Monitoring the quality of technical deliverables, compliance with deadlines and budgets, and customer satisfaction
- You'll be responsible for managing and developing the skills of technical consultants
- Ensuring team cohesion and motivation, and maintains a high level of technical expertise in the technologies used by our customers
- Listening to market needs, monitoring technical and technological trends
- Participation in pre-sales: feasibility analysis and costing of projects
- Monitoring functional support for customers
- Cross-team collaboration with Skeepers
- Documentation
- Review and improvement of internal processes and tools
- Supporting internal Care, product and R&D teams in the continuous improvement of processes and tools, the development/release of new products and all aspects of Skeepers transformation and development.
- Participating in internal meetings: feasibility analysis, proposing technical/functional solutions, producing presentations/use cases, etc.
- Helping to train in-house staff
**Requirements**:
- Technical skills: front-end development, web design, API/flow management, data transfer, etc.
- Defining project specifications and ensuring the technical and functional monitoring of customer tasks/projects in collaboration with the Professional Services and Client Services Managers
- Advising on best practice and solutions adapted to the needs of the project
- Participating in technical workshops
- Taking part in resolving incidents and development requests
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the processes, tools and methods of the Client Services and Professional Services teams
- Conducting technical meetings independently and planning
- Experience in Management is a must
- Ability to coach, train and help your team
- English is a must
