**Job description**:
**Horizon 4** is the real estate company of the Family Office of Olivier Brourhant, founder of the Mantu Group. We operate globally in the office sector, focusing on investment and leasing to meet the needs of the group in our 60 countries. Our team consists of experienced professionals covering all aspects of real estate investment.

**Key Figures**:

- 25,000 m² of office space operated (owner or tenant)
- Presence in 60 countries, 75 cities
- Team of 9 people (Acquisition, Management, Leasing, Construction)

As part of our development, we are recruiting an intern for the position of Investment analyst at Horizon 4, real estate company.

**Your Role**:
**Investment opportunity analysis**:

- Preparation, with the real estate team, of investment opportunity notes for the Mantu Group to purchase new offices (creation or replacement of an existing office);
Financial modeling of these opportunities;
Due diligence (technical, legal, tax, and notarial) of selected opportunities;
Establishment of contractual documentation;
Participation in the monitoring of development works;
Establishment of contractual documentation and monitoring of post-acquisition documents (as this is often the bottleneck and time-consuming).**Handling assets held by the real estate company**:

- Monitoring the establishment of lease contracts with different tenants;
Monitoring invoicing and rent indexation;
Collection and analysis of data from our various offices;
Support in the preparation of reports;
Research, negotiation, and establishment of marketing mandates
Relationship and follow-up with third parties (brokers, agencies, suppliers, etc.)**Participation in cross-functional studies and projects of Horizon 4 real estate company**Ideal Profile**:
- Ongoing graduate of a leading engineering or business school, with a specialization in finance or real estate;- You have previous internship/apprenticeship experience in financial and/or real estate domains, with an Asset Controller, PE fund, or institutional investor, ideally with knowledge of the European office real estate market;- You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills and have a high level of mathematical agility;- Proficiency in financial valuation and modeling concepts, as well as Excel;- Mastery of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity;**Fluent in French and English**, any other language is a plus.
