Rejoignez une équipe dynamique spécialisée dans le marketing d'affiliation, composée d'experts qui accompagnent nos clients dans la gestion et l'optimisation de leurs programmes d'affiliation. Vous intégrerez l'une de nos équipes Account Management, dédiée à un secteur d'activité spécifique (Finance, Retail, Travel, Telco, Services etc.) et travaillerez avec des marques reconnues et prestigieuses.

Ce poste est une opportunité unique pour découvrir l'univers de l'affiliation, acquérir une expérience concrète et développer des compétences clés en marketing digital. Vous jouerez un rôle central en apportant un soutien opérationnel de qualité aux Account Managers et en contribuant à la satisfaction de nos clients.

**Missions principales**

En collaboration avec les Account Managers, vous serez chargé(e) de:

- **Gestion opérationnelle** : Télécharger et mettre en ligne les offres et visuels, vérifier les intégrations éditeurs pour nos clients.
- **Analyse des performances** : Produire des rapports hebdomadaires, mensuels et trimestriels, extraire et interpréter les données pour identifier des pistes d'optimisation.
- **Soutien stratégique** : Contribuer à la mise en œuvre d'actions visant à améliorer les performances des campagnes, telles que des audits, des analyses comparatives ou des études de marché.
- **Tâches administratives et missions ponctuelles** : Apporter un soutien à l'équipe pour diverses tâches et participer aux événements internes et externes organisés par l'entreprise.

**Ce que ce poste vous apportera**:

- Une **initiation approfondie au marketing d'affiliation**, ses leviers (cashback, influence, codes promo, etc.) et ses outils.
- Une **expérience enrichissante dans un environnement international**, au contact de marques leaders.
- Des compétences solides en **analyse de données, gestion de campagnes** et relation client.

**Profil recherché**

Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous devrez:

- Suivre un cursus M1/M2 en marketing digital (préférence)
- Avoir un niveau courant/professionnel en français et en anglais
- Faire preuve de curiosité et d'un fort appétit pour l'apprentissage et le travail en équipe
- Être organisé(e) et capable de prioriser vos tâches pour respecter des délais multiples
- Maîtriser les outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
