Notre client, spécialisé dans l’organisation de prestation de transports sur mesure recrute dans le cadre de son développement un(e) moving planner pour l'équipe events.

**_Vos principales missions seront : _**

**_Vos missions :_**

**_1. Vous réceptionnez les demandes de prestations émanant des clients français et internationaux en leur donnant des informations sur les services proposés par V&B :_**
- Evaluation du besoin du client
- Proposition de solutions sur-mesure en fonction de son budget
- Réalisation de devis et suivi de la validation par le client

Pour compléter cette action, votre pugnacité vous permettra d’assurer la négociation commerciale et le suivi des relances les clients.

**_2. Vous mettez en oeuvre les solutions choisies et assurez le suivi opérationnel : enregistrement des réservations, relation avec les sous-traitants, prise en compte des modifications _**

**_3. Vous prenez en charge les réclamations clients et rédigez les réponses dans les délais impartis._**

**_4. Vous êtes amené(e)s à vous déplacer ponctuellement sur le terrain pour en amont ou le jour J_**

**Profil recherché**

**Votre parcours**:
De formation supérieure, vous avez une première expérience acquise dans la mise en place de projets événementiels en agence événementielle et/ou en start-up. Vous avez un attrait pour l'univers digital.
- Vous avez un bon niveau de communication orale et écrite.
- Un bon niveau d’anglais est indispensable pour ce poste.
- Vous maitrisez Word et Excel.
- Une organisation et un dynamisme hors pair, une écoute et une adaptation rapide font partis de vos atouts.

Votre excellent relationnel et votre sens pointu du service au client vous permettront de vous intégrer rapidement sur ce poste.
