Assurer le support de la solution globale McAfee Web gateways
- Gérer les nouvelles demandes et évaluer la mise en place technique des configurations de proxy pour répondre aux besoins.
- Être un conseiller technique sur les configurations de proxy, roadmap et stratégie.
- Gérer les incidents liés aux opérations quotidiennes de web gateway.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de cyberdéfense sur les demandes et les problèmes de sécurité.
- Escalader les incidents au vendor ou au provider.
- Préparer la migration des utilisateurs depuis les web gateways on prem vers la solution Cloud. Évaluer les besoins ou la situation de la web gateways/proxy et planifier les besoins de migration.
- Gérer la migration des utilisateurs de la solution on prem vers la solution cloud McAfee Web gateways.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'assistance sur site pour résoudre les problèmes de navigation des appareils.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'assistance L2 de CAP GEMINI pour leur apporter un soutien technique et les conseiller dans leurs activités quotidiennes.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'assistance AD pour résoudre les problèmes d'authentification.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de cyberdéfense sur les demandes et les problèmes de sécurité.

Livrables:

- Proxy ou web gateways
- Workshop avec les équipes informatiques
- LLD ( configuration et paramétrage de la solution Mcafee )
- Suivi du POC
- Suivi des migrations et session de troubleshooting
- Mise à jour du service

Solides connaissances techniques et expériences dans:
\- Web gateways security role et conception des Key design.

\- Solution McAfee web gateway et on premise et cloud

\- Migration des utilisateurs du proxy on premise vers la solution cloud McAfee Web gateways.

\- Mécanismes d'inspection TLS.

\- Active Directory

\- End Point Protection mechanisms (SEP, Antivirus, EDR, DLP)

\- Navigation web sur les appareils Microsoft Windows et Mac Os.

\- Technologie de Firewalling and Loadbalancing

\- Connaissances générales du réseaux et de la sécurité sur Internet, LAN/WAN, SDWAN,

VPN d'accès à distance, Split tunneling

\- Connaissance dans le réseau et sécurité sur Internet, LAN/WAN, SDWAN,

VPN d'accès à distance, Split tunneling

\- Expérience dans la banque/assurance (de préférence)

\- Bonne connaissance de l'administration de serveurs

Compétences fonctionnelles:
\- +8 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des réseaux

\- Compétences en communication

\- Fait preuve d'une grande capacité d'écoute, communication orale et écrite en anglais

\- Ouverture d'esprit

\- Solides compétences en matière de relations humaines, faire preuve de curiosité et être capable de voir les opportunités dans les situations, pas seulement les problèmes.

Niveau de diplôme requis : BAC+5
