- Intégré(e) au sein de l'équipe People Development and Talent Management France, vous contribuez au déploiement du talent management au sein du Groupe.- A ce titre, vous participez à des projets RH transverses à forte connotation internationale. Vous contribuez au déploiement de la politique RH et des initiatives RH Groupe et co-intervenez sur
- **les différents volets suivants**:
- Formation / Développement RH
- Gestion des Talents (lancement et suivi des programmes Corporate)
- Définition d’un parcours d’on boarding
- Implémentation de la culture d'entreprise et des valeurs dans les process RH
- Suivi des campagnes RH (cycle de performance, entretien pro, bilan pro...)
- People reviews
- Mise en place de reportings
- Veille RH
- (La liste des missions n'est pas exhaustive et pourra être adaptée en fonction des capacités du stagiaire.)_

**Profil**:

- Vous préparez actuellement un Master 2 en Ressources Humaines ou équivalent,
- Vous avez idéalement une prémière expérience professionnelle en alternance ou en stage dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines,
- Votre maîtrise de l'anglais vous permet de pouvoir comprendre et intéragir au sein de réunions ou discussions professionnelles, et de communiquer à l'écrit de façon correcte,
- Vous êtes capable d'appréhender des sujets opérationnels et de prendre de la hauteur tout en étant force de proposition
- Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office
