In the city center of Paris, Ubble is one of the leaders of remote identity verification Europe. Thanks to our-house solution, combining artificial intelligence and manual review, we are reinventing video identity verification of thousands of users every day.

Your job at Ubble as a Training Manager in the Fraud Operations team, you'll be based in Paris and report directly to the Director of Operations.

**About the role**

Currently, the Fraud Operations team is:

- Made of~100 fraud experts
- Assisted by groundbreaking technologies
- In charge of checking manually identity verification of our users 24 hours / 7

You'll be leading our Training team and to enable all of its members to progress rapidly in Fraud expertise and to maintain their skills overtime, in order to offer the best quality service to our clients. Together with our Workforce Management and Performance/Quality teams, the Training team is one of the key pillars of Fraud Operations to achieve both quantitative and qualitative company goals.

**What you'll be working on**
- Management the onboarding team_
- To monitor and improve our KPIs in a fast growing environment
- To organise and participate to the animation of the different training sessions
- To improve our training tools and processes
- To coordinate and harmonise training activities in the different locations and different languages
- Content and expertise on Identity Fraud_
- Create and improve training modules
- Improve our a continuous training program
- Perform a regular global fraud watch to maintain an internal pioneering knowledge database
- Perform deep audits on our production flows to find ways to improve quality

Responsibilities could evolve overtime with the development of the company.

**About you**:

- +5 years experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of training techniques and eagerness to transmit knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with public speaking
- Proficient in both French and English
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills (English and French)
- Proactive, autonomous, and efficient
- Data-driven
- Strong collaboration skills
