**Job Title: Training Lead - Retail Operations**

**Travel: Frequent travel across Europe required**
**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced **Training Lead** to drive learning and development initiatives across our retail operations in Europe. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about people development, with a background in retail management and training.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver training programs aligned with business and operational goals
- Partner with Sales and HR to tailor learning initiatives to different roles and regions
- Lead onboarding and induction programs for new hires
- Conduct training audits and refresher sessions to maintain high standards
- Support performance management and annual reviews through coaching and training
- Contribute to succession planning by identifying and developing high-potential employees
- Monitor training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance data
- Introduce innovative learning methods, including digital and micro-learning
- Report on training outcomes to senior stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a **retail management** role (required)
- Proven track record in **training delivery and development**:
- Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills
- Confident using tools such as PowerPoint for training delivery
- Training/coaching certification (preferred)
- Experience creating learning content or materials (a plus)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative approach
