**THE ROLE**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead the transformation of our pricing tools and processes. This role will be pivotal in modernizing how CMA CGM executes pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals, and leveraging advanced technologies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the pricing tool transformation project.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Pricing, Sales, Operations, and external vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
Ensure stakeholder alignment and manage communications throughout all project phases.
Drive process improvements and ensure that new tools support long-term business strategy.
Monitor project progress and report on performance against goals.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex, cross-functional projects, ideally within pricing, logistics, or digital transformation domains.
Strong understanding of pricing strategy and related business processes.
Experience with modern project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Fluent in english
