Vialytics is a fast-growing scale-up transforming road maintenance with AI-powered solutions. Our smartphone-based system helps cities detect road damage and make smarter infrastructure decisions. With 170+ partner municipalities and rapid growth in France, we're looking for a **Sales & Customer Success Intern to support our growth journey.**
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
On a given day, as a **Sales & Customer Success Intern**, you will:
- Support the CS team with client onboarding, follow-up, and support.
- Help resolve user questions and escalate issues to the product team in Germany.
- Assist the sales team with prospecting, meetings, and presentations.
- Contribute to internal projects, process improvements, and quarterly OKRs.
- Support sales & marketing in organizing trade shows, events, and field campaigns.

- Hold a **category B driving license** and are available for a 6-month internship (full or part-time)

**2. Showcase Your Skills (45 mins)**: Meet Hervé, our France Sales Director, and Thibaud, Senior Customer Success Manager, for a session where you will present a practical case to demonstrate your Customer Success skills.
**3. Leadership Chat (15 mins)**: Meet Birgit, VP Sales and Customer Success, conducted in English or German
**4. Team Meet**: A chance to meet the team either virtually or in person, based on availability.
