Job Description*
The Team*
The Partner Integration teams’ scopes are extensive:
- Build product & tech solutions, ensure guidance, to enable B2B partnerships
- Ensure a consistent & reliable Deezer experience on relevant connected devices (SmartTVs, smart speakers, voice assistants, wearables, cars )
- Build tools to enable interaction or embedding of Deezer within 3rd party apps and platforms
**Your main mission**: drive engineering resources against project goals and deliverables
- Remove obstacles and impediments
- Boost the moral and engagement within the PIB team
- Share a clear view of the ressources with the Head of Product, the Head of Engineering and the Head of Partner Solutions
- Work closely with the Product managers and the Engineering Managers
- Participate in maintaining a global Community of Practice with other Delivery Managers in the company
**Qualifications**:

Experiences in initiative management (scrum master, project manager )
- Strong experience in objectives follow up
- Good stakeholders management
- Solid organizational skills
- Good understanding of Product & Tech ways of working (scrum, agile, lean )
