Zusammen mit dem Country Manager France legt diese Rolle die globale HR-Strategie von Alpiq in Alpiq France fest und setzt sie um, wobei sie an die lokalen Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen angepasst wird, während gleichzeitig die globalen HR-Standards und -Prinzipien eingehalten werden.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Entwerfen, entwickeln und implementieren Sie die HR-Strategie in Alpiq Frankreich zusammen mit dem Country Manager, in Übereinstimmung mit der HR-Strategie der Alpiq-Gruppe und stellen Sie sicher, dass die Mitarbeitererfahrung im gesamten Alpiq-Konzern gleich ist
- Verwalten, überwachen und/oder führen Sie alle HR-Prozesse des Landes aus: Rekrutierung, Schulung, Entwicklung, Vergütung und Sozialleistungen, Arbeitsbeziehungen, Personalverwaltung, interne Kommunikation in enger Abstimmung mit den Prozessen und Grundsätzen der HR-Kompetenzzentren
- Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in HR-Prozessen während des gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus sowie Anleitung von Führungskräften in Führungsfragen oder schwierigen oder konfliktträchtigen Situationen
- Ermittlung interner Kundenbedürfnisse, Unterstützung, Begleitung, Ausrichtung und Priorisierung von Veränderungsprozessen
- Führung von Verhandlungen mit Arbeitnehmervertretern
- Leitung und Inspiration des lokalen HR-Teams
- Aktive Teilnahme an globalen HR-Projekten und an der lokalen Entwicklung und Umsetzung globaler HR-Prozesse
- Unterstützung und Begleitung von Alpiq-Veränderungsprozessen
- Weitere HR-Aufgaben und Bedürfnisse des Landes und der Gruppe

**Deine Superkräfte**:

- Hochschulabschluss mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Human Resources
- 15 Jahre Erfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmen und/oder einer Matrixorganisation mit generalistischen HR-Aufgaben
- Gute Kenntnisse des französischen Arbeitsrechts. Erfahrung in Verhandlungen mit dem Betriebsrat
- Unternehmerisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken, das eine hervorragende Kundenorientierung mit einem Geschäftsfokus verbindet
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, die in der Lage sind, zu motivieren und Innovation und Proaktivität zu fördern, während Verhaltensweisen und Einstellungen, die von den Alpiq-Werten abweichen, in Frage gestellt werden
- Hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative, Unabhängigkeit und Wachstum und Streben nach Exzellenz
- Fähigkeit, konkrete Massnahmen und Initiativen umzusetzen und dabei das Gesamtbild im Auge zu behalten
- Fliessende Englisch
- und Französischkenntnisse
