At Vinted Go, we're focused on developing products and solutions, for a more streamlined shipping and delivery service across Europe. We have connected more than 40 carriers and 200,000 PUDO points in Europe to support the delivery of millions of parcels per year. VintedGo is currently expanding and growing in France and growth comes with challenges: we need to set up people-related processes and policies across the different locations in France, as well as cultural and leadership foundations to successfully scale the organization further. As our first HR Manager located in France you will be able to shape our people experience and contribute to our Vinted Go growth and success story As our HR Manager, you will initially be responsible for setting up required processes and policies according to the French legislation around the Employee Representative (CSE) area, based on the number of employees in the organization at a given moment. You will also build and maintain relationships with all people leaders across different locations in France to support them on people operations and various organizational topics, understand the needs and collaborate with various central teams at Vinted to create the best organizational and employee experience. If you're someone who is willing to take this challenge and be a part of a successfully growing organization, you may well be just who we need. **In this position, you'll**: - Contribute to creating a great experience for all our employees in locations across France through support in onboarding, People Operations, benefits, leadership and other areas. - Set up and implement the processes, structure and ways of working with Employees Representatives/ CSE (social economic committee)/ Unions according to the French legislation. - Manage the Employees Representatives agenda action items. - Support in hiring and onboarding new team leaders. - Support team leaders in the areas of people processes and policies, engagement and internal communication. - Closely collaborate with Shipping Operations, People (HR) and Health & Safety teams. **About you**: - Previous experience as HR Manager in a similar role in Logistics/ Transportation industry - Expertise in French labor law and Employee Representative area - Strong experience of project management and stakeholder management at all levels of the business - High energy, passion, ownership and a "can do" attitude - Excellent communication skills in English and French - Ability to travel frequently across France and to Lithuania (Vilnius). **Work perks**: - Opportunity to join our share options programme - Learning budget (10% from net yearly salary) - 25 working days of holiday - Access to thousands of fitness studios, gym and digital classes via Classpass - Mental and emotional health support from our Employee Assistance Program - Frequent team-building eventsA personal budget for shopping on Vinted - Lunch allowance partnering with Edenred - Home office support (IT workstation equipment provided and a personal budget for home workplace furniture) If this sounds interesting - you may well be just who we need
