**Group Head of Cash Management (H/F)**

Poste basé à Paris

Rattaché hiérarchiquement au Directeur Financement et Trésorerie du Groupe, avec votre équipe constituée de 2 personnes, vous avez en responsabilité:

- Le pilotage de la centralisation de la liquidité du Groupe,
- L'animation des processus de prévision et de reporting de trésorerie,
- La gestion des flux bancaires.

Vous participez activement à l'amélioration et le déploiement des procédures et outils groupe, les outils de prévision de trésorerie, ainsi que les interfaces avec les différents ERP. Votre rôle est clé dans l'animation d'un réseau international, garant d'une bonne communication avec les filiales du groupe, les services comptables, le département FP&A.

Vous participez aux autres projets de la direction financements et trésorerie, notamment la gestion du risque de change, la recherche de nouveaux financements, la gestion des dettes existantes, la mise en place de lignes de garanties et, plus généralement, la gestion des relations bancaires.

Profil recherché

H/F Diplômé Master 2 Finance/Trésorerie, vous bénéficiez d une expérience de 6 ans minimum en gestion de trésorerie dans un univers international et en mouvement.

L'Anglais courant est impératif au regard de la dimension internationale du groupe et de la fonction.

Ce poste requiert des compétences techniques en gestion de trésorerie, une réelle culture financière ainsi qu'une agilité relationnelle et de communication.
