We are looking for our Assistant Store Manager (M/F) for a full-time permanent position within our Salomon retail team in Roppenheim (67). ️

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in daily store operations and ensure sales and operational excellence targets are met. You will contribute to delivering a high level of customer experience by sharing the brand's vision and overseeing the team's development.

**Main Missions**:

- Support the Store Manager in the daily management of the store:

- Lead, coach, develop, and inspire your team to achieve excellent performance
- Ensure the store meets its sales and profitability targets and brand requirements are met
- Promote and ensure excellent customer service with the team to continuously improve the in-store brand experience
- Ensure brand standards are well executed ✔️
- Collaborate with the Store Manager in executing events that support our brand strategy, drive traffic, and increase community engagement

**Qualifications** Your profile**:

- You have a minimum of three years' experience as a senior salesperson or supervisor, ideally in the sports sector.
- You enjoy customer interaction and are eager to provide an exceptional experience to our customers.
- You have proven experience in customer retention and community engagement.
- You have a good understanding of the retail environment.
- You are self-sufficient and curious to learn.
- You are fluent in French, English, and German.
- You have good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
