We are looking for our **Assistant Store Manager W/M** permanent contrat, in full time within our Salomon retail team in Roppenheim (67).

You will support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure that sales and operational excellence targets are met.

You will contribute to a high level of customer experience by sharing the brand vision and overseeing the development of the team.

**Main missions**:
You will support the Store Manager in the daily management of the store:

- Lead, coach, develop and inspire your team to achieve excellent performance
- Ensure that the store meets its sales and profitability targets and that brand requirements are met
- Promote and ensure excellent customer service with the team to continuously improve the brand experience in store
- Ensure brand standards are met
- Collaborate with the Store Manager in the execution of events that support our brand strategy, drive traffic and increase community engagement

- Nous recherchons notre _**_Assistant Store Manager H/F_**_ en CDI à temps complet au sein de notre équipe retail Salomon à Roppenheim (67)._
- En tant que responsable adjoint H/F, vous soutenez le responsable de magasin dans les opérations quotidiennes du magasin et veillez à l’atteinte des objectifs de vente et d'excellence opérationnelle._
- Vous contribuez à apporter un haut niveau d'expérience client en partageant la vision de la marque et en supervisant le développement de l’équipe._

**_ Missions principales :_**
- Vous secondez le/la responsable de magasin dans la gestion quotidienne du magasin :_
- _ Mener, coacher, développer et inspirer votre équipe pour atteindre un excellent niveau de performance_
- _ Assurer que le magasin atteigne ses objectifs de ventes et de rentabilité et que les exigences de la marque soient bien respectées_
- _ Promouvoir et garantir avec l’équipe un excellent service client afin de toujours améliorer l’expérience de marque en magasin_
- _ Assurer que les normes de la marque sont bien exécutées_
- _ Collaborer avec le/la Responsable du magasin dans l'exécution d'événements qui soutiennent notre stratégie de marque, stimulent le trafic et augmentent l’engagement communautaire_

**Qualifications**

**Your profile**:

- You have a minimum of three years experience as a first seller or supervisor in the sport sector if possible
- You love customer contact and are eager to offer an exceptional experience to our customers
- You have a proven track record of customer loyalty and community activation
- You have a good understanding of the retail environment
- You are autonomous and have the eager to learn
- You are fluent in French, English and German
- You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Votre profil:_**
- _ Vous justifiez d’une expérience de trois ans minimum en tant que premier vendeur ou superviseur, idéalement dans le secteur du sport_
- _ Vous aimez le contact client et êtes désireux d’offrir une expérience exceptionnelle à nos clients_
- _ Vous avez une expérience éprouvée en matière de fidélisation clientèle et d'activation communautaire_
- _ Vous avez une bonne compréhension de l'environnement de vente de détail_
- _ Vous êtes autonome et curieux d'apprendre_
- _ Vous parlez couramment français, anglais et Allemand_
- _ Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)_
