Corin is seeking a Customer Services Supervisor to supervise the French Customer Services team through effective and seamless internal and external customer engagement. The Customer Services Supervisor is responsible for the order management process providing visibility into the operational performance through defined delivery performance metrics. In addition, the Customer Services Supervisor manages the France daily workloads ensuring best experienced service level. This is a 6-9 month fixed term contract based in Grenoble, France

The key responsibilities of the Customer Service Supervisor
- Ensures the management of the service employees in order to guarantee the delivery of customer requests on time
- Develop the France customer service team talents and teams.
- Standardise order management processes whilst keeping adaptability to local needs and local customer experience. Ensure compliance to Quality managed procedures directly concerning Customer Services
- Manage & resolve customer escalations, ensuring accurate & prompt resolution
- Coordinate audits for customer services ensuring complete compliance
- Partner with the marketing and sales ensuring that information flows from local and central teams to the correct stakeholders.
- Ensure team success on objectives of Operational Customer Centric metrics related to delivery, timely order management and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Lean/Continuous Improvement implementation in the EMEA Customer Service organisation.
- Optimise the Order Management processes with maximum of automatization and process flow whilst improving experienced customer value.
- Liaise with internal suppliers, including Supply Chain of information and products to arrange prompt delivery, receipt of accurate information and product availability communication to customers.
- Manage & communicate new product launches and rationalised product to the customer services team
- Manage two or more seemingly conflicting metrics in day-to-day operations.

The ideal Customer Service Supervisor will have / be
- 3 years minimum experience working in a customer services or operations environment
- Fluent in French
- Strong process and customer centric attitude and behaviours.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure calmly and professionally.
- Very high attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
- Previous managerial / team leading experience.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.
- Strong influencing without the authority and negotiation skills.
- Flexible in approach and dealing with conflicting priorities
