**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
Within the Group, you will lead AXA’s Global KYC (“Know Your Customer”) program within the **Group Compliance Department** reporting jointly to the Group Chief Compliance Officer and the Group AML Officer.

In light of the exciting opportunities presented by AXA's new strategic plan, it is essential to recognize that accurate and complete KYC is not only a regulatory requirement but also a critical commercial imperative. As regulatory scrutiny intensifies and requirements increase under new EU rules, having accurate data and a comprehensive 360-degree view of our customers becomes increasingly important. In this context, AXA’s Compliance and Data teams have launched the ambitious **KYC/C360 Program**. This initiative aims to align our compliance efforts with commercial objectives, ultimately leading to enhanced customer insights and streamlined processes across various entities in both the EU and Asia.

As the Head of KYC, you would:

- Lead the Group’s Global KYC/c360 program
- Manage the oversight of a portfolio of entity led KYC/C360 initiatives
- Ensure adequate KYC practices and standards are defined and deployed globally
- Develop consistent KYC KPIs across the Group, covering both regulatory and commercial requirements, allowing assessment of accuracy and completeness of customer data
- Working with the Group CDO, develop and implement a maturity framework to enable a holistic 360 customer view, integrating KYC regulatory and commercial CRM requirements
- Promote and facilitate the development and use of efficient and effective KYC technology solutions (for KYC collection at customer on boarding, and for remediation and maintenance of customer data)

You would be supported by and manage a dedicated team, comprising a Project Management Officer, a KYC expert.

- Credibility in front of a wide range of senior stakeholders, at both the Group and entity levels
- Ability to remain focussed and prioritise effectively, and to meet challenging deadlines and outcomes
