In our fast-paced, tech-driven environment, we continuously innovate by developing and updating our proprietary modules, along with integrating third-party ones, to enhance game functionalities, ensure precise analytics, and comply with evolving regulations.

**Your future responsibilities and scope**:

- Prototype and champion the player progression (main progression and live ops) to improve the player’s experience
- Participate actively in design discussions, contributing to the overall game vision and helping to shape a cohesive and compelling gameplay experience
- Develop clear monetization plans and attractive trendy offers and rewards that encourage player investment
- Analyze the games' performance and players' behaviors to improve KPIs and achieve extraordinary results
- Define and Design the game progression from a systems perspective
- Study market trends on live ops and economy design

**The profile we are looking for**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing, balancing, and pacing free-to-play mobile games
- Experience with balancing social/mobile games and/or casual gaming. Experience in Strategy/RPG games is highly valued
- Strong mathematical skills to create sustainable and engaging progression systems.
- Advanced skills in Google Spreadsheets/Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of Unity, as you will have to work directly with the engine hand in hand with the development team.
- Organized methodologies, as you will be working in parallel with other designers.
- Excellent communication skills as you'll be required to explain complex concepts in a simple way
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
- Passionate about games mobile
