L’équipe WPE veille à ce que nos collaborateurs travaillent dans un espace de travail sain et sûr et prend soin de leur bien être. **Nous recherchons une personne pour un poste en alternance de 2 ans.**
**What will you do**:
- Superviser les prestataires et la qualité du service rendu : accueil des visiteurs, nettoyage et désinfection, maintenance, sécurité (contrôle d'accès et vidéosurveillance), entretien des plantes, entretien des machines à café et des fontaines à eau.
- Gestion des tickets liés aux problèmes signalés dans le système de reporting interne.
- Assurer le respect des contrôles annuels obligatoires et des formations en coordination avec les prestataires dédiés (contrôle électrique, sécurité incendie, formation SST, guide des serre-files, suivi du recyclage).
- Vérifier de manière régulière et définie les différentes fournitures et l'état de fonctionnement de tous les équipements de bureau et superviser l'approvisionnement en fournitures de bureau, café, snacks / fruits et en équipements de protection individuelle (masques, désinfectants pour les mains)
- Suivi de l'onboarding / offboarding : création et attribution des badges d'accès, attribution des casiers
- On-site position (pas de télétravail)
**Who you are**:
- Au quotidien vous faites preuve d’écoute active, de rigueur, d’esprit d’analyse et d’adaptabilité,
- Vous avez le sens de l’autonomie et appréciez le travail en équipe,
- Vous avez l'expérience du travail dans un environnement dynamique et savez traiter avec différents niveaux hiérarchiques..
- Vous êtes proactif - vous anticipez les besoins des autres avant toute chose.
- Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques avancés : Google Suite, Slack, JIRA, et tout autre outil administratif.
- Vous avez un intérêt ou une expérience dans le domaine de la mode ou du commerce électronique, ce qui serait un atout.
- Vous avez un bon niveau en anglais et en français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
