Notre client est un leader reconnu dans le domaine industrie agrolalimentaire. Il s'engage à fournir des solutions innovantes et efficaces pour optimiser les coûts tout en respectant les normes légales et éthiques. Dans le cadre de leur développement, leur CFO recherche un Financial Controller sur la Martinique.
En tant que Financial Controller Europe, vous avez un rôle clé dans la gestion financière de l'entreprise. Vos missions principales sont de superviser et d’analyser les performances financières des différentes entités européennes. Vous êtes responsable de la préparation des rapports financiers, de l’analyse des coûts, de l’élaboration des budgets et de la mise en place de stratégies d’optimisation des coûts. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements pour assurer la cohérence et l’efficacité des opérations financières.
Issu d'une formation de type Bac +5 en finance, comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience minimum de 3 ans en contrôle financier, idéalement au niveau européen. Vous devez être capable de travailler en équipe, de faire preuve d’initiative et de résoudre les problèmes de manière créative. Une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable, ainsi que des compétences avancées en analyse de données et en utilisation des logiciels financiers. Nous valorisons également les qualités telles que l’intégrité, la rigueur et la capacité à travailler sous pression.
