We are offering the opportunity to join the Global Strategy team as a Public Affairs Manager on a permanent contract, in our Paris office.

Starting date: As soon as possible.

Corporate Public Affairs secures Euroapi’s presence and leadership with the European and French national Institutions, European Member States network and the main European and French trade associations. This position works on shaping EU legislation but also cross-country issues that require a coherent approach across functions working closely with the country network where the company is located.

Scope: EUROAPI FRANCE, EUROAPI GROUP, FRANCOPIA

Reporting to the Head of Global Strategy, Public Affairs and ESG,

Your main responsibilities:
- Establish and implement strategy to defend Euroapi’s interests in the National and European ecosystem- Ensure Coordination with local Public Affairs (linked to the industrial footprint of the company) to develop and guarantee the dissemination of the company’s position.- Identify key policy priorities related to investment, economic development, and ecological transition, and develop advocacy plans to shape policy outcomes.- Develop and maintain relationships with key political stakeholders, including government officials, parliamentarians, ministerial offices and key administrations, in France, and in EU, to advocate for the company’s interests.- Advocate for policies that support investment, innovation, and economic growth in France, and in EU collaborating with trade associations.- Represent the company in meetings, forums, and industry events to promote the position of the company (Image&reputation)- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing government affairs activities, including transparency and disclosure requirements.- Uphold ethical principles and integrity in all interactions with government officials, stakeholders, and labor representatives.

Our requirements:

- Education / Experience_ _- Bachelor’s degree in political sciences, public policy, law, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.-
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or related roles, in particular in France and expertise in public affairs, government relations.-
- Strong understanding of EU institutions and decision-making processes.-
- Demonstrated experience in advocating for investment-friendly policies, engaging with trade associations and relevant key industry organizations, and managing stakeholder relationships in a complex political environment.- Technical skills & Competencies / Language_- Strong experience in a highly regulated industry-
- Experience in managing issues and crises, working collaboratively and cross-functionally with global functions.-
- Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism in government affairs activities.-
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus- Soft Skills & Required Behaviors_- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders (internal and external level)-
