Position Duties
You will be the main responsible person behind Million Lords customer support. As a Customer Support Manager, you will report to your marketing director and work in close collaboration with the community and operation teams.
You will represent our studio in one-on-one support interactions and be a friendly and helpful resource for player questions. By reporting and escalating issues to our production teams, you will drive continual improvements in the quality of our game and the experiences we are able to offer our audience.
Your role:
- answering players requests, comments and reviews across all channels ;
- aggregating comments, questions, and concerns across all channels, including our Discord server for Million Lords players ;
- generating and maintaining external support content (game guides, troubleshooting, FAQs) ;
- coordinating with the engineering teams to get their insight on players issues and providing them with a relevant view on players major concerns ;
- demonstrating professionalism and empathy while interacting with our audience.
We look for an autonomous and rigorous profile with 3 to 7 years experience in Customer Support, fluent in French or / and in English and with the following competencies and skills:
- persuasive speaking skills ;
- empathy ;
- adaptability ;
- clear communication skills ;
- responsible ;
- gaming experience and passion.
Additional Information
We are flexible about your situation. Ideally we would like to have you full time on site but we can also accept half-remote work. We will require your presence from time to time in our office, based on realistic expectations.
We offer a permanent contract.
