**Votre mission**:
Société partenaire spécialisée dans la maintenance et les services informatiques, depuis plus de vingt ans qui assure la gestion des appels clients et diagnostique les pannes afin d'assurer le support technique auprès des Techniciens itinérants.

Ce poste est sous l'autorité du Responsable du Service Support.

Missions confiées à l'issue d'une formation interne:
Assurer le support technique par téléphone auprès des techniciens itinérants (votre expérience de Technicien sera un vrai plus, accès à toute la documentation technique)
Assurer l'aide téléphonique à la réalisation des interventions terrain
Participer au suivi et à la rédaction des procédures clients
Assurer le Reporting activité terrain auprès de la direction et des clients
Suivre et résoudre les dysfonctionnements

**Votre profil**:
De formation type Bac à Bac+3 Informatique
Vous justifiez de minimum 5 années d'expérience sur un poste similaire
Vous êtes réactif(ve) dans la prise d'appel téléphonique
Vous respectez les règles de sécurité et les procédures Clients
Vous savez communiquer en interne avec vos collègues et en externe avec les clients
Vous maîtrisez les techniques en informatique
Vous avez des connaissances des produits sur lesquels nous intervenons (une mise à niveau sera faite au moment de votre formation)
Vous possédez les connaissances informatiques de base (bureautique, Printing & encaissement)
Vous savez utiliser un PC pour rechercher une documentation dans les outils interne
Vous savez rédiger un mail
Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais technique ou utilisation d'un traducteur en ligne (très simple d'utilisation)
Vous avez la capacité à s'adapter à des technologies et matériaux nouveaux
Vous avez la capacité à faire évoluer ses connaissances et à gérer le stress et l'urgence
Vous avez le sens de l'organisation et avez un bon sens relationnel
Vous êtes méthodique, logique et pédagogue
Vous êtes curieux(se) et autonome

30-34kEUR (+10EUR/j brut : Panier Repas)

35h/semaine

50% du temps par téléphone / 50% de travail sur ordinateur
