Descriptif du poste
- Missions attendues:

- Recueillir les besoins auprès d'acteurs des directions métiers,
- Analyser les besoins en vue de leur traduction en solutions applicatives,
- Modéliser les processus et les parcours utilisateurs,
- Spécifier les solutions sous forme d'exigences fonctionnelles,
- Réaliser les études d'impacts,
- Contribuer aux conceptions applicatives,
- Gérer la documentation (HOPEX),
- Identifier les exigences de tests et contribuer â la conception des cas de tests (et éventuellement en réaliser),
- Analyser et valider les résultats de tests

Livrables attendus:

- Document Expression besoin (sous forme d’Histoires Utilisateurs)
- Specifications de solutions
- Etudes d'impacts
- Specifications de tests
- Compte rendu d’activités hebdomadaire
- Hopex â jour
- PV de validation des tests

Profil recherché
- Maitrise de la gestion des routages du flux téléphonique
- Maitrise du paramétrage des flux téléphoniques
- Maitrise du SVI VG
- Maitrise de la réalisation de cadrage fonctionnel et technique d'une solution de SVI visuel
- Maitrise de l’agilité
- Expérience avérée en animation de réunion
- Connaissance métier (Assurantiel, IARD, GED...) nécessaire
