**Job Description and Requirements**

**Procurement**
- Running MRP and analyzing planned orders generated
- Placing orders to vendors and ensuring that schedules are accurate with production planning
- Monitoring and analyzing backlog with vendors:

- communicate efficiently on the delays and evaluate the risk on the production planning
- Adjust delivery schedules to optimize stock levels
- Follow up and track lead-times
- Keeping MRP settings up to date in SAP : Lead times, MOQ, RFQ,
- Tracking of EOL materials and proposing alternative sources
- Tracking opportunities to reduce procurement cost

**Production Planning**
- Review and execute production planning with subcontractors
- Ensuring that POs are placed to subcontractors and BOMs versions are up to date
- Maintaining production planning reports and ensuring no shortage
- Create, maintain and communicate KPIs
- Align with subcontractors on their own procurements
- Communicate risks and opportunities to the team

**Inventory management**
- Lead monthly review with subcontractors to reconcile inventories
- Ensuring that inventories are moved accurately in SAP and match with testing status system
- Responsible of the monthly inventory cycle counting
- Monitor the annual inventory reconciliation and provide reports to management

**Key Requirements**
- Master degree 2-3 years’ experience
- MRP experience is required
- SAP experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and sensitive with numbers
- Proficient in Excel is a must
- Other analytical tools will be appreciated (Power BI, VBA)
- Fluency in English
