**YOUR MISSION**

**A day in the life of an Engagement Manager at Weastem**

As an Engagement Manager at Weastem, you will take full ownership of project management and client delivery. You will lead strategic engagements from scoping to final delivery, ensure methodological consistency, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

You will also help structure the firm’s intellectual capital, train junior colleagues, and contribute to Weastem’s commercial development and strategic direction.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Managing end-to-end delivery of client missions, including planning, resourcing, and client alignment
- Leading the analysis and strategic framing of sustainability and ESG challenges
- Guiding the team’s thinking to develop clear, actionable recommendations
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and managing stakeholder relationships
- Overseeing deliverable quality, structure, and storyline
- Contributing to project acquisition, proposal writing, and pitch presentations
- Supporting consultants in their personal development goals and performance
- Taking part in firm-building efforts (training, recruitment, knowledge, methodology, thought leadership)

You will lead the way of:

- Strategic ESG and sustainability due diligence
- Portfolio-wide ESG risk and impact analysis
- Design of climate, biodiversity, and adaptation strategies
- Transformation roadmaps for financial institutions or corporate clients
- Development of regenerative investment theses and methodologies

As a manager, you will also participate in shaping Weastem’s approach to regeneration, adaptation, and impact — helping our clients rethink value, performance, and resilience.

**WHAT WE LOOK FOR**

We are seeking experienced professionals with a proven track record in consulting or financial strategy, who are ready to take on full ownership of project and client management.

**You bring**:

- Experience in strategy consulting, sustainable finance, ESG advisory, or investment-related fields (e.g. private equity, asset management, institutional capital)
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, structure workstreams, and drive client results
- Excellent project structuring, and client communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a nuanced understanding of sustainability issues
- Full professional fluency in English, and ideally French (daily working languages); other languages are a plus
- A mindset that combines entrepreneurship, ownership, and humility
- A degree from a leading business school, engineering school, or university
