**The**Technical Curriculum Developer**Role**
**What makes this role interesting?**
In this role, you will have the opportunity to play and learn before developing training materials
**Play** Dive into Qlik solutions, covering domains such as Data integration, Data Quality, Data catalog and Application integration.
**Teamwork**Collaborate with R&D, product management, and professional services to understand training needs and build technically accurate training material.
**Impact** Be a key player in how Qlik trains customers, partners, and employees and build creative training materials that influences adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
**Here’s how you’ll be making an impact**:
- Play an active role in defining, developing, and maintaining technical course material, lab guides and cloud-based lab environments
- Define **training and learning objectives** while crafting innovative, real-world business cases to enhance practical learning experiences.
- Translate business requirements and education needs into draft technical training materials for further review
- Create course materials in various mediums covering instructional design, video script writing, and eLearning authoring tools such as Evolve
- Partner effectively with other curriculum developers, instructional designers, technical trainers, training managers, project managers, and internal stakeholders
- Update and modify course contents to reflect any changes in the procedures or technology discussed in the course
- Build enablement materials and support resources to aid the instructor community in delivering the course effectively
**We’re looking for a teammate with**:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology-related field
- Hands-on experience with a range of Data integration tools
- At least one year of experience in a consulting, implementation, or training role within a high-tech industry
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Analytical and intuitive problem-solving skills; detail orientated and consistent
- Ability to adapt to innovative technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for continuous learning and staying current with technology
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Experience working in a global company with diverse cultures
- Experience with Talend products and/or Qlik Talend Cloud
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as GCP, AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of eLearning tools like Evolve
- Experience writing training course materials, video scripts and storyboards
- Experience developing micro-learning resources for just-in-time learning
