Qui sommes-nous ?

Je suis actuellement l’unique fondateur d’un projet de marque food saine et gourmande, encore **au stade de concept** : recettes testées en labo, branding à définir, **0 vente à ce jour**. L’ambition : lancer en D2C puis retail, avec une identité visuelle forte et une présence digitale premium.

Ta mission (si tu l’acceptes)

Tu deviendras le-la moteur créatif et growth du projet:

- **Design & Branding** - Créer l’identité visuelle, templates social media, packagings print-ready.
- **Social Media** - Planifier et publier 3-5 posts/semaine (Insta, TikTok, LinkedIn), modération incluse.
- **SEO & Contenu** - Définir la stratégie mots-clés, optimiser le futur site e-commerce (Shopify).
- **Influence & Partenariats** - Sourcer/négocier avec micro & macro influenceurs food, piloter les campagnes.
- **Go-to-Market** - Cocréer la roadmap, suivre les KPI, itérer jusqu’au product-market fit.

Profil idéal
- 3 ans + en design graphique **et** marketing digital (food ou e-commerce apprécié).
- Maîtrise d’Adobe CC/Figma/Canva, notions pré-presse, motion basique.
- Culture social media (Meta Suite, Reels, UGC) & outils SEO (Semrush/Ahrefs).
- Aisance pour négocier avec créateurs de contenu et partenaires industriels.
- Esprit entrepreneurial : tu aimes bâtir from scratch, tester, apprendre vite.
- Français courant + anglais professionnel.

- Visio pour valider l’alchimie, le rôle et les attentes mutuelles.
- Sprint test rémunéré (max 8 h) : 1 moodboard branding + mini-plan influence.
- Décision sous 7 jours, signature pacte d’associés et lancement
