We are a Dutch-French company renting and selling classic and electric bikes, accessories, and offering repair services — but above all, we organize guided bike tours in some of the most beautiful cities : Paris, Nice, Bordeaux, Lyon, New Yorkand of course Versailles ✨
To help visitors discover this iconic destination in a unique way, we are looking for our next Front Desk Agent & Tour Guide to join our Holland Bikes Tours & Rentals shop in Versailles.
**The position**:
- 16-hour weekend contract
- Saturday & Sunday
- From April to October
You will be the first smile our visitors meet — and often the last memory they take home.
Tasks
As a Front Desk Agent, you represent Holland Bikes on the ground.
**Your goal**: to deliver a smooth, friendly and memorable customer experience, whether for a bike rental or a guided tour.
**Your main responsibilities include**:
- Welcoming, guiding and advising customers
- Assisting customers with bike and guided tour bookings
- Leading guided bike tours in Versailles
- Checking bikes before and after rentals or tours
- Using our booking and rental software on a daily basis
- Handling payments and cash register management
- Managing the bike fleet to ensure bikes are clean, well-organized and always ready to ride
**Requirements**:
- A first experience in tourism is required (training provided upon arrival)
- You enjoy cycling, interacting with people, and sharing French history
- You are fluent in French and English
- You live in Versailles or nearby
- Knowledge of bike mechanics is a plus
